Welcome to our self-serve order form.
By following these few simple steps you can easily order our water delivered right to your home or place of business!
- 1.) Indicate deposit per bottle needed at one time ($10.00 X number of bottles to be delivered**).
- 2.) Choose water products and quantity of each you want to order and the size of bottle (where applicable).
- 3.) If you need a crock or cooler, choose from the dispensers listed and select how you wish to pay for the unit.
- 4.) Provide us with your name, address, phone number and email address.
- Proceed to checkout.
Upon receipt of your order, we will deliver your water the next scheduled day for your location. From there, we will email you a schedule with the 2 week rotation for your area; if this is a one time order please indicate in the comments section.
***Please note:
Mount Doug Springs has prided itself on being able to not charge a fuel surcharge for over 20 years.Due to the unprecedented gas prices however, and in order to avoid raising the price of each bottle individually, we will have to start charging a fuel surcharge on each delivery starting in June.
It is out fullest desire to have this fuel surcharge be temporary, and if gas prices drop below $1.75/L again we will remove the fuel surcharge;
Until then, we have decided a $0.50 surcharge per delivery will help us break even on the difference, and will generally only amount to an increase of $1 per month per customer(other than delivery months with 3 delivery days).
We bottle fresh the night before we deliver!
**If you have your own bottle(s) we can waive the deposit when we pick them up. Please indicate this in the comments section.
Due to the limited size of our weekly pickup of spring water, we are currently at full capacity for salt spring customers. If you would like to sign up as a new salt spring customer, please contact us and we can add you to our waiting list. We are actively looking for ways to increase our salt spring water capacity.

18.9L Emergency Bottle
$14.00Emergency water is meant for storing in case of a natural disaster. We use our less aesthetically pleasing bottles as they are intended to be hidden away in case of emergency.
Special price includes bottle deposit. We will keep track of your initial order and contact you annually for bottle replacement to ensure freshness. Refill is at delivery rate of $8.50 per bottle.
